Pediatrics Curriculum
In additional to caring for pediatric patients in their continuity clinics,
residents have several other experiences with pediatric patients:

Alaska Family Medicine Residency Program (AKFMR) at
Providence Alaska Medical Center (PAMC) in Anchorage, AK; this entails 2 weeks of day shifts and 2 weeks of night shifts.
- PGY1 and PGY-2 Years combined: 4 weeks of inpatient pediatrics spent at
Providence St. Peter Hospital in Olympia, WA which includes time spent
caring for children and newborns in the Special Care Nursery under the
guidance of both Family Medicine attendings as well as attendings from
Seattle Children's Hospital.

Ambulatory Pediatrics
- PGY-1 Year: Residents have ambulatory pediatric experiences in their 1st
