Elena was born in Perm, Russia and grew up in eastern Washington and Baja California, Mexico. She studied General Biology and Russian Language at the University of Washington in Seattle, then moved to New Jersey to attend medical school at Cooper Medical School in Camden. She is passionate about providing full-spectrum care and building long-term relationships with her patients. Her specific interests include addiction medicine, adolescent medicine, and chronic disease management, but she loves Family Medicine for the breadth of topics that can be addressed. In her free time she likes spending time outside with her husband and dog, taking in the sights of the beautiful PNW, or sheltering from the weather inside and trying out a new recipe and enjoying a cup of tea.
