Do you have osteopathic recognition through the ACGME?

Yes, we were the first in the state to receive osteopathic recognition in 2016 and we have continued accreditation through 2028.

Do you have osteopathic faculty and residents?

Yes. Please see the Faculty and Resident Page.

Do you require osteopathic applicants to take the USMLE?

We do not require osteopathic applicants to take the USMLE.

What kind of OMT training do you provide?

• We encourage our DO residents to practice OMT in their continuity clinic
• Manipulation Clinic is held weekly where two DO residents and an osteopathic faculty see patients together for a one-on-one teaching experience
• OMT didactics and hands-on workshops
• Dedicated OMT room with OMT Hi-Lo table
• Exposure to alternative therapies including a core faculty doing acupuncture

Do you have osteopathic medical school affiliation?

Yes, we are affiliated with Pacific Northwest University of Health Sciences in Yakima, Washington.
