Salary and Benefits
Salary
Resident salaries are the same at all Providence hospitals and are competitive
with other residency programs in Portland and the Pacific NW. These salaries
do not include compensation for medical, dental, liability, life insurance
and other additional paid benefits, including a food stipend.
Effective salaries for Academic Year 2023-2024 are:
- PGY 1 $64,310
- PGY 2 $66,815
- PGY 3 $69,530
