Educational Outcomes
Upon completion of this residency, the resident will be able to:
- Provide patient-centered, evidence based care for complex patients with
chronic conditions
- Develop and implement sustainable pharmacy services within an interdisciplinary team
- Effectively educate and empower learners throughout the health care system
- Demonstrate excellence in leadership and practice management skills

Elective Experiences
Residents have the opportunity for 10 weeks of elective time. Each elective
may be developed as a block or longitudinal experience. Residents collaborate
with their preceptors to create an experience unique to their personal
goals. New electives may be created at the resident’s request.
