Residents at Providence St. Peter Hospital have the unique opportunity to strengthen their leadership skills through year-long Leadership Roles. Through these positions, the resident will lead a team and make meaningful contributions to the Pharmacy Department in South Puget Sound. These leadership roles are evaluated and updated annually.
