Residents at PSPH have an opportunity to select an Acute Care Track or an Ambulatory Care Track, depending on their interests and goals.

• Longitudinal (year-long) rotations for all PGY1 residents:
  • Staffing - residents staff every other weekend with a combination of clinical and order verification shifts at both PSPH and PCH
  • Practice Management
  • Project
  • Leadership Role

• Orientation (4-6 weeks)

• Ambulatory care elective rotations:
  • Pharmaceutical Care Clinic
  • Providence Regional Cancer System
  • Ambulatory Geriatrics
  • Ambulatory Cardiology
• Acute care elective rotations:
  • Psych
  • Palliative Care
  • Administration/Operations
  • Rotation at PCH for
