Compensation
Compensation is adjusted yearly to reflect cost-of-living increases.
- PGY1: $70,190
- PGY2: $72,826
- PGY3: $75,886
Time Off & Leave
- 200 hours frontloaded July of each year; 40 hours may carry over. This
includes Vacation, Sick and Holidays.
- Leaves of Absence for Medical Resident Policy
- Paid parental and family leave, short-term disability for medical needs,
job-protected leave under FMLA.

- USMLE/COMLEX Step 3 Registration: 100% of fee reimbursed after successful
completion
- ABFM Board Exam: 100% fees reimbursed for one attempt at exam
