Osteopathic residents participate in our robust Osteopathic Manipulation Clinic at Chehalis Family Medicine. This is precepted by our osteopathic faculty and our osteopathic community preceptor. Residents participate in shared didactics and workshops at St Peter Family Medicine Residency focusing on Osteopathic techniques. Residents will get experience teaching osteopathic medical students.
No, we do not have Osteopathic recognition, however, our residents work closely with the St Peter Family Medicine Residency throughout all three years including shared didactics and workshops which include Osteopathic training. St Peter Family Medicine Residency received Osteopathic recognition in 2016 with continued accreditation through 2028.
