Welcome to Chehalis
Chehalis, Washington is a small city located almost exactly halfway between
Seattle, Washington and Portland, Oregon. The historic downtown and most
of the city's amenities are nestled at the base of a small range of forested
hills. From numerous vantage points in the hills just west of town, one
can see Mount Rainier, Mount Adams, and Mount St. Helens—weather
permitting.

neighborhoods entice visitors from all over the world.
- A two-hour drive gets you to the Cascade Mountains and Mt. Rainier for
a world of wintertime play — downhill and cross-country skiing,
snowmobiling and snowshoeing.

There are several beautiful national and state parks within a few hours drive.
Olympic National Park,
Mt. Rainier National Park and
Mt. St. Helens to name a few.
