Eligibility
- Graduation from an accredited dental school. A medical degree is strongly
recommended.
- U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Resident status. Unfortunately, we are unable
to consider any foreign applicants.
- Completion of US residency training in an accredited program in oral &
maxillofacial surgery, otolaryngology-head and neck surgery, or general surgery.
- Completion of at least one year of general surgery, preferably including
one month of ICU experience or its equivalent.
- Eligibility for licensure in medicine and/or dentistry in the state of Oregon.
Number of Positions
Total approved positions: 1 fellow per academic year

Interview and Match Process
At this time all interviews are being conducted virtually with our program
faculty panel.
Applicants are encouraged to visit the program. Visits should be coordinated
with the Oncology Fellowship Coordinator.
After an interview is completed with our program, applicants must register with the
AACMFS Match to complete the application/interview process.
