Resident Scholarly Activities

Despite our relatively small size, there are opportunities for research, quality improvement, and implementation projects across multiple treatment settings, with diverse patient populations, and within and across specialties. We focus on projects that have clinical impacts and/or improve systems of care, and quality improvement and implementation science are programmatic strengths. Here are some of our recent areas of focus. Resident and faculty are noted in italics, though co-authors also include some of our medical students, members of the highly supportive Providence Research Department, and colleagues in other specialties and institutions.
