Spokane is home to two medical schools, the University of Washington and Washington State University, as well as a growing number of residency programs. We have a close knit residency community, and you will find yourself both working with, and making friends with residents from a variety of training fields, as you train with them through all 4 years of residency.
The Spokane Teaching Health Center sponsors internal medicine, family medicine and transitional medicine residency programs, as well as several fellowships. Providence sponsors training programs in radiology, psychiatry, physical medicine and rehabilitation, and dentistry.
