This program is individually operated, individually managed, and individually controlled by Providence Holy Family Hospital. This program is individually certified by the appropriate accrediting authority and accredited by the recognized national professional organization for the particular activity. Providence Holy Family Hospital issues the degree, diploma, or other approved certificate upon successful completion of the approved education program, with the diplomas issued in the name of Holy Family Hospital.
Providence Holy Family Hospital directly incurs the training costs of this approved education program. Providence Holy Family Hospital has direct control of the program curriculum. Providence Holy Family Hospital controls the administration of the program at the hospital level, including the collection of tuition, control and maintenance of the payroll records of teaching staff and/or students, and is responsible for the day-to-day teaching program operation. Providence Holy Family Hospital employs the teaching staff. Providence Holy Family Hospital provides and controls both classroom instruction (where classroom instruction is a requirement for program completion) and clinical training.
