How to Apply

Applicant Requirements

Prior to start of the program, applicants must be graduates of a college of pharmacy accredited by the American Council of Pharmaceutical Education and must be licensed pharmacists or eligible for licensure in Washington State. If not licensed as a pharmacist at the beginning of residency, residents must be a licensed pharmacy intern in Washington state.

Applicants must meet all requirements for employment and meet professional requirements of the department of pharmacy.

How to Apply:

All candidates must participate in the ASHP Pharmacy Online Residency Centralized Application Service (PhORCAS) resident matching program.

The following must be submitted through PhORCAS by January 5:

  • Letter of intent
  • Updated curriculum vitae or resume
  • Three letters of professional recommendations
  • One official copy of college of pharmacy transcripts

Interviews: applicants selected for an interview will be contacted no later than January 31st.
