Admission Requirements

A high school diploma/GED or highest level of completed schooling from
an accredited institution is required for admission.
- Candidates must be at least 18 years of age and eligible to work and live
in the U.S. for admission.
- Candidates with current AHA BLS certification are more competitive in the
application process.
- Candidates with previous clinical laboratory or healthcare-related experience,
paid or voluntary, are more competitive in the application process.
- In-person personal interview to assess professional goals, judgment, cognitive
ability, interpersonal skills and communication skills required for the
profession.
- Minimum of two professional references (employers, instructors, advisors,
etc.); personal or coworker references will not be accepted.

by the PSHMC School of Phlebotomy Admissions Committee.

Application Fee: $25
Upon submitting the application form, you will be directed to a secure
payment website to make your credit card payment. Your application will
be incomplete until payment is received. Fee is non-refundable.
How to Apply
Applications are accepted year-round for the multiple training cohorts
accepted annually.
