Program Operating Model

Providence Regional Medical Center – Everett (PRMCE) Department of Ambulatory Pharmacy

This program is individually operated, individually managed, and individually controlled by PRMCE Department of Ambulatory Pharmacy. This program is individually certified by the appropriate accrediting authority, and accredited by the recognized national professional organization for the particular activity. PRMCE Department of Ambulatory Pharmacy issues the degree, diploma, or other approved certificate upon successful completion of the approved education program, with the diplomas issued in the name of PRMCE Department of Ambulatory Pharmacy.

PRMCE Department of Ambulatory Pharmacy directly incurs the training costs of this approved education program. PRMCE Department of Ambulatory Pharmacy has direct control of the program curriculum. PRMCE Department of Ambulatory Pharmacy controls the administration of the program at the hospital level, including the collection of tuition, control and maintenance of the payroll records of teaching staff and/or students, and is responsible for the day-to-day teaching program operation. PRMCE Department of Ambulatory Pharmacy employs the teaching staff. PRMCE Department of Ambulatory Pharmacy provides and controls both classroom instruction (where classroom instruction is a requirement for program completion) and clinical training.
