Rotations Offered (PCH)

Residents at PCH have an opportunity to select an Acute Care Track or an Ambulatory Care Track, depending on their interests and goals.

• Longitudinal (year-long) rotations for all PGY1 residents:
  • Staffing
  • Practice Management: Residency Project and Leadership Role
• Required 6-week rotations for all PGY1 residents:
  • Internal Medicine
  • Chehalis Family Medicine, Medical/Surgical
  • Emergency Medicine
  • Transitions of Care at St. Peter Hospital
  • Ambulatory Pharmaceutical Care Clinic or Ambulatory Providence Regional Cancer System
  • Antimicrobial Stewardship with certification through the Society of Infectious Diseases Pharmacists
• Required rotation for Ambulatory Care Track PGY1 residents:
  • Ambulatory Providence Medical Group (Primary Care)
• PCH residents have the opportunity to take one elective rotation at PSPH:
  • Administrative/Leadership
