Our program offers two available positions for qualified candidates.
The are no additional requirements beyond what is outlined in PhORCAS. Should you match to our site, you will be asked to fill out an online application through our normal HR recruitment process. Successful completion of pre-employment screening including, but not limited to, a drug screen and background check will be required. Matched candidates must also meet requirements for provider credentialling and remain compliant with federal COVID-19 vaccination mandates.
Our goal for resident projects is to address the ambulatory pharmacy needs in Spokane while aligning with the residents' interests if we can. We thoughtfully select projects that aim to either expand pharmacist roles or enhance existing services. Our past residents have worked on improving primary care metrics, creating a collaborative transitions of care clinic within primary care, and working on population health outcomes.
We prioritize work-life balance for all employees, including our residents. Providence offers numerous programs to support mental health, including 25 free therapy sessions per year. If time management becomes a concern, we are here to help you find effective solutions.
