Providence Cedars-Sinai Tarzana Medical Center

This program is individually operated, individually managed, and individually controlled by Providence Cedars-Sinai Tarzana Medical Center. This program is individually certified by the appropriate accrediting authority, and accredited by the recognized national professional organization for the particular activity. Providence Cedars-Sinai Tarzana Medical Center issues the degree, diploma, or other approved certificate upon successful completion of the approved education program, with the diplomas issued in the name of Providence Cedars-Sinai Tarzana Medical Center.

Providence Cedars-Sinai Tarzana Medical Center directly incurs the training costs of this approved education program. Providence Cedars-Sinai Tarzana Medical Center has direct control of the program curriculum. Providence Cedars-Sinai Tarzana Medical Center controls the administration of the program at the hospital level, including the collection of tuition, control and maintenance of the payroll records of teaching staff and/or students, and is responsible for the day-to-day teaching program operation. Providence Cedars-Sinai Tarzana Medical Center employs the teaching staff. Providence Cedars-Sinai Tarzana Medical Center provides and controls both classroom instruction (where classroom instruction is a requirement for program completion) and clinical training.
