This program is individually certified by the appropriate accrediting authority, and accredited by the recognized national professional organization for the particular activity. Providence Milwaukie Hospital and Providence Newberg Medical Center issue the degree, diploma, or other approved certificate upon successful completion of the approved education program, with the diplomas issued in the name of Providence Milwaukie Hospital and Providence Newberg Medical Center.
Providence Milwaukie Hospital and Providence Newberg Medical Center directly incurs the training costs of this approved education program. Providence Milwaukie Hospital and Providence Newberg Medical Center have direct control of the program curriculum. Providence Milwaukie Hospital and Providence Newberg Medical Center control the administration of the program at the hospital level, including the collection of tuition, control and maintenance of the payroll records of teaching staff and/or students, and is responsible for the day-to-day teaching program operation.
