The residency programs include a minimum of 150 hours of one-on-one mentor time, 30 hours/week of patient care, and 300 hours of education including, but not limited, to:

• Didactic instruction, in person and independently
• Teaching opportunities at Pacific University
• Surgical observations and physician shadowing
• Collaboration with a diverse group of providers and specialists
• Community involvement
• The sports residency also includes a minimum of 200 hours of venue coverage.
