Individual Projects
Fellows are expected to choose a research project, or they will have one assigned to them. The timeline follows:

• Topic to be decided by end of August
• Research plan and schedule by end of September
• Outline and abstract draft ready by end of December
• Paper submitted to journal in mid-June
