Current Residency Project: Piloting a Pharmacist-Led Inclisiran Management Service to Evaluate Adherence and Economic Outcomes

Why I chose Providence St. Mary Medical Center: I was really impressed by how robust the learning experiences were. The ambulatory care/oncology specialized track piqued my interest since I hope to eventually practice as an ambulatory care pharmacist. I think the deciding factor that locked me into PSMMC was the interview. In the single hour I spent talking with the team, I could see the pharmacists here were not only passionate about their work, but also supportive of one another. As an incoming resident with a year of challenges ahead of her, it was important to me that the work culture fostered enthusiasm and growth - and the team at PSMMC strongly champion these ideals.
