Clinical areas of interest or expertise: Geriatrics, Care coordination, polypharmacy and deprescribing, cardiology, anticoagulation, osteoporosis, Parkinson’s, dementia care, falls, geriatric syndromes, antibiotic stewardship, and interdisciplinary team approach.
Projects: Efforts for Age-Friendly Health System (focus on 4 M’s- medication, mobility, mentation, what matters), dementia medication use for behavioral and psychological symptoms of dementia, role of clinical pharmacists in outpatient palliative care program, geriatric mini-fellowship, annual community fall prevention events
