Residents have dedicated project time of 1 week each in September-October, December-January, March-April, and May-June (total of 4 weeks) throughout the year. This time is utilized for longitudinal rotation requirements, remediation needs, or PTO if all other obligations are met. Rotation blocks overlapping these windows are extended by 1 week (e.g., 7 weeks instead of 6) to account for project days. Project days may be consolidated into a single week or spread out as no more than 1 day per week during the rotation block. Elective Experiences:
