To complete your application, all of the following must be received through Pharmacy Online Residency Centralized Application Service (PhORCAS) by the due date:

• Letter of intent
• Curriculum vitae
• Official transcripts from a college of pharmacy
• Three completed reference recommendation forms within PhORCAS

You will be notified by the end of January if selected for an interview.
