Compensation Benefits
PGY1: $52,050 per year
PGY2: $56,720 per year
All benefits are outlined in the Employee Benefit Summary
except vacation and sick leave. Benefits will begin on the first day of employment
and include:

Residents will receive 10 work days of vacation time, 11 professional leave
days (13 for PGY2) and 8 sick days available to them. They will take 6
of 9 holidays off including July 4 and Labor Day. (Work one of the following:
Christmas Day*, New Year's Day*, Thanksgiving*; and two of the following:
New Year's Eve, Christmas Eve, Martin Luther King Day*, Memorial Day*).
*PGY2 Oncology resident will not have to work the following holidays if
the infusion center is closed.
