Applicant Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited college or university of pharmacy with a Pharm.D.
or equivalent experience prior to start of the residency program.

Licensed or eligible for licensure as a pharmacy intern in the State of
Washington until pharmacist licensure (Washington State Department of Health intern licensure).

Licensed or eligible for licensure to practice as a pharmacist in the State
of Washington (Washington State Department of Health Pharmacist Licensure).
- Complete a comprehensive advance pharmacy practice experience (APPE) program
as part of the pharmacy curricula.
- Register with the ASHP Resident Matching Program.
