Dr. Tsirigotis was born and raised in Vancouver, Canada and is of Greek descent. She completed her BSc in Biology and Nutrition at the University of Alberta, where she experienced “real Canadian winters.” She spent her time traditional Greek dancing with Kyklos and volunteering at the Campus Food Bank and Stollery Children’s Hospital. After finishing her degree, she took some time off to work in marketing but quickly realized her passion for medicine. During her medical school years, she had the opportunity to live in Newcastle, United Kingdom and Grenada. During medical school, she was an active member of student government. She assisted in student evacuations during the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, organized Zoom social events and addressed student concerns with the deans and faculty. Having spent time in California, Florida and New York hospitals, she is extremely excited to return to the west coast (even to the rain) for residency. She looks forward to serving the Olympia community and becoming an advocate for her patients, especially in underserved populations.

Within family medicine, she is particularly interested in women’s health, addiction medicine and preventative medicine. You can find her reading, cooking, hiking, travelling, and spending time with family and friends in her free time.
