How to Apply

Applicants must be graduates or candidates for graduation of an Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) accredited degree program.

Applicants must submit the following application materials through PhORCAS, no later than January 15th:

• Curriculum vitae
• Personal statement
• Copy of official academic transcripts
• Three letters of recommendation (at least one from a faculty member and one from an employer).

Additional Requirements

• On-site interviews are conducted in the month of February.
• Applicants must have a California Pharmacy License within 90 days of the beginning of the residency program.
