Application Process
Number of resident positions per year: 2
Pharmacy Residency Applications will be received through an online submission
process (PhORCAS) with an established deadline of January 2nd each year. All requested application material must be included to be considered
for an onsite interview. Mission Hospital does not sponsor international
visas for residents.
At minimum, candidates must meet the following criteria to be considered
for selection:
- Graduates or candidates for graduation from an Accreditation Council for
Pharmacy Education (ACPE) accredited degree program (or one in process
of pursuing accreditation).
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of California within 90
days of the beginning of residency.

Application must include at least 3 Letters of Recommendation, CV, transcript
from College of Pharmacy, Letter of Intent describing the following:
- How will Mission Hospital’s residency program help further your professional goals?
- As a prospective resident, how can you contribute to Mission Hospital’s program?

Registered for the ASHP MATCH program
- ASHP program code: 01124 (listed under "Mission Hospital Regional
