Why I chose Providence: The interview process with Jessica and Andrew at Providence was a truly positive experience. I felt that Providence embodied many of the core values that resonate with me. After visiting the site in person, I knew I had made the right choice. Everyone here has been incredibly friendly and has gone above and beyond in offering themselves as valuable resources. Growing up in Portland, I was eager to find an opportunity to return home, and Providence has provided that perfect opportunity.

Fun Fact: I’ve got two little guys at home, Brad who is almost 5, and Max who just turned 3. With them around, pretty much everything I do has to be toddler-adjacent! I also like Magic the Gathering.

Why I chose Providence: I heard great things about Portland from friends and family who live in the area, so when I started looking at residency programs in the area, Providence Portland caught my attention. The program presented such an inviting and friendly environment, from my prior research and from everyone I met during the recruiting process. Without a doubt, I was sure this program would provide me with the best continued pharmacy education and social experiences. Very excited to be here!
