The PGY1 Pharmacy Residency Program is one program with two sites. Candidates are encouraged to apply to both PPMC and PSVMC sites for the PGY1 Pharmacy Residency Program (for a single PhORCAS application fee). The two sites interview as one program, so candidates selected for an interview will interview with both sites together. Candidates are encouraged to rank both sites during the ranking process using the respective ASHP Match Numbers below:

For your application to be complete, all of the following materials must be received through Pharmacy Online Residency Centralized Application Service (PhORCAS) no later than the due date:
You will be notified by the end of January if you are selected for an interview. Interviews will be conducted in February and will be in a virtual format. During the interview, candidates will have the opportunity to meet virtually with residents, preceptors, and program leadership. An optional on-site open house will be offered after interviews are complete for candidates who would like to visit the medical centers and explore Portland. The optional on-site open house will not weigh into candidate ranking or selection.
