Residents work normal business hours, Monday through Friday for which they receive Salary of $55,994. Medical, Dental and other Insurance is available at no or low cost depending on the needs and interests of each provider and their family. Residents are allowed 23 paid Provider Time Away days per year as part of their full-time employment with Providence Medical Group. Exams completed on paid time; Residents do not use PTA when sitting for exams. Residents are allotted an additional 40 hours per year paid time away from clinic for continuing education including for study and licensing-related examinations.

Consistent with their status as Providence Medical Group providers, residents are entitled to up to $3,000 for professional education expenses which can be used for materials related to sitting for the EPPP examination. Residents may also be reimbursed for exam and licensing application fees necessary for obtaining their professional license.
