Residents work normal business hours, Monday through Friday for which they receive Salary, paid Health Insurance, and 25 paid Provider Time Away days per year as part of their full-time employment with Providence Medical Group.
Consistent with their status as Providence Medical Group providers, residents are entitled to up to $3,000 for professional education expenses and an additional $5,250 for tuition reimbursement which can be used for materials and fees related to sitting for the EPPP examination.
Also, residents are allotted 40 hours per year paid time away from clinic for continuing education and an additional 20 hours paid away from clinic to study for licensing-related examinations.
