As the Regional Administrative Fellow at Providence Health in the Northern California Region, you will be part of one of the largest faith-based, non-profit healthcare system in the United States. At Providence Health, the Fellow is considered an integral part of the regional executive team. The Fellow will be given responsibilities from executive leaders and will have several opportunities to pursue meaningful projects throughout the course of the fellowship. The Fellow will report directly to the Regional Chief Operating Officer and will have one-on-one meetings to discuss progress toward personal and career goals. While the fellowship supports the region, the Fellow will be exposed to each of our Northern California acute care hospitals and their respective executive teams.

The Providence Health Regional Administrative Fellowship program will offer Fellows the opportunity to contribute their talents, skills, and knowledge to some of Providence Health's highest-priority initiatives and projects. Through these projects, the Fellow will have the opportunity to change the lives of those we serve, impact our hospital operations, and transform the future of healthcare. As preceptor, the Regional Chief Operating Officer will work closely with the Fellow to identify project opportunities that align with his/her personal and career goals, as well as the organization’s needs.
