Win is a dedicated physician with a passion for advancing compassionate,
patient-centered care. She earned her medical degree from the University
of Medicine in Magway, Myanmar, and completed her internship at Magway
General Hospital. Committed to lifelong learning and leadership in healthcare,
she went on to earn a Master of Public Health from the University of Public
Health in Yangon and a Master of Business Administration in Healthcare
Management from Oregon Health & Science University.
Win has a strong clinical interest in geriatric medicine, focusing on enhancing the quality of life for older adults through comprehensive, multidisciplinary care. Her professional interests include chronic disease management, geriatric rehabilitation, and addressing critical psychosocial challenges such as loneliness and depression.
As a refugee physician, Win brings a unique perspective rooted in resilience, empathy, and a deep commitment to health equity and culturally sensitive care. She is driven by a desire to ensure all patients feel seen, heard, and supported in their healthcare journey.
Outside of her professional work, Win enjoys spending time with her family, singing, watching movies, and reading novels.
