Dr. Prastuti Shrestha was born and raised in Nepal, went to high school
in Santa Rosa, California, and received her medical education from Kathmandu
University nestled in the Himalayas in Nepal. She has volunteered in residential
health camps and practiced in rural Nepal and is passionate about serving
rural communities. Outside of medicine, she enjoys hiking and singing
with her husband, scrapbooking, and writing poetry.
